It seems that Multi millionaire Michael Vick of the Philadelphia Eagles almost stepped in it again. Quanis Phillips, his convicted co-defendant in the now famous doggie trial was shot at Vick’s 30th birthday party at a restaurant in Virginia Beach, Va. Rumors are that Phillips threw cake in Vick’s face after he got upset when Vick and his brother found out that he was at the party uninvited. One of the conditions of Vick’s parole is that he cannot hang around felons. Phillips was treated and released from a local hospital. Vick’s attorney stated that his client was not at the party when the shooting occurred. A local police spokesman stated that Vick is not a person of interest concerning the incident.
