After suffering another beating at the hands of the Titans, the Dallas Cowboys owner should be ready to make some harsh decisions. Both Wade Phillips and Jason Garrett should be worried about their jobs. The ‘Boys continue to play sloppy and ol’ Wade just stands there, cool as a cucumber. He never gets outwardly pissed and I have never seen him try to correct a player. It’s time for a change, maybe several changes. I hate the individual clowning every time someone makes a tackle or makes a good run, even though the team is getting their ass kicked. There is no team spirit, it’s who can sack someone and get credit or who can run the ball and then raise their hands asking for praise. Enough is enough!
