In April 1998, Tom and Cora Keeler built and donated a state of the art facility that houses 600 dogs and cats waiting for adoption. This is the largest “no kill” shelter in the area. Tom Keeler passed away in November 1998. Every year since his death, the Gulf Coast Humane Society honors his memory with a premier amateur golf tournament. Funds raised from this event help provide food, shelter and comprehensive medical treatment to animals awaiting for adoption. The GCHS does not receive funding from the Government, so they depend solely on the generosity of the community.
FORMAT
4 team player scramble (best ball). The best shot is played on each hole and continues until any player holes out.
Mulligans will be available for purchase.
Beer and other beverages will be provided.
