GRIZZLY BEAR ATTACKS TEENS HIKING IN ALASKA WILD

Well, it happened again!  Seems like some folks can’t stay away from bear territory and as a result continue to pay severe consequences.  Several young boys were hiking in the deep woods in the Talkeetna mountains in Alaska when they were attacked by a grizzly sow that authorities assume was protecting it’s cub or cubs.  There were seven in the group, two suffered life threatening injuries.  I wonder how well they were prepared for a bear encounter?  Please click on the link below to read the article by Casey Grove of the Anchorage Daily News:
