I knew it was coming….Johnny Football cannot stay out of trouble and this time it seems like he is going to lose his job. It sounds like the Cleveland Browns have finally decided to part from the talented quarterback that just cannot stay out of trouble. Apparently the last straw was the latest incident wherein Manziel was allegedly involved in some type of incident with some woman in Fort Worth, Texas. Police are investigating and there have been no arrests. Manziel is so high profile that any minor incident makes headlines and I guess the Browns are done. This guy is hounded by the media anywhere he goes. No wonder he was in disguise in Las Vegas a few weeks ago. As far as I’m concerned, it might be good news for Dallas Cowboys fans. Yea, I know, why bring in someone with so much baggage? For one, I think he can help the team and he is no worse than some other players that Mr Jones has taken a chance on. Some worked out and some didn’t. There’s always the door. I say take a chance. As much as I love Tony Romo, his old bones have taken a lot of punishment and his body is getting a little brittle. I hope he’s around for a long time, however, Manziel can be his backup and if needed, he can come in and win some games. This guy is not afraid to throw the long ball, interceptions and all.
