How many times have you been on the road or somewhere else and seen someone dump their trash on the ground, right in front of your eyes? It really makes me mad when that happens to me and I never knew that one could do something about it. The Don’t Mess with Texas program now has an App on smart phones that you can use to report litter. Just type “don’t mess with Texas” and you will get to the report litter link listed below.
