TONY ROMO BRILLIANT IN WIN OVER BUFFALO – WHO WAS THAT GUY?

November 14, 2011

Who was that wearing the number 9,  playing quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday?  After posting an article a few days ago from bleacherreport.com that stated Tony Romo was the second most overrated player in the NFL,  Romo plays a perfect game the following Sunday,  better than any quarterback I saw playing yesterday.  He was flawless in every way.  My question is, will this Tony Romo come back next week or will the other Tony Romo play against the Washington Redskins?  I have to give credit to the offensive line and the defense, but at the same time, Romo moved around and avoided some sure tackles in the backfield.  This guy looked good!  I’ve written about how Romo plays some great games and all of a sudden, the next game he is awful.  I am wishing that the new Tony Romo is here to stay and if he is, there is no reason why the Dallas Cowboys cannot go a long way in the playoffs, even win the Super Bowl.  Here’s crossing my fingers and I’ll even light a religious candle on Sunday to help Tony Romo play another fantastic game.  Please click on the following huffingtonpost.com article concerning Sunday’s game and click on the bleacherreport.com link to read an article quoting Jason Witten saying that Sunday’s game against the Buffalo Bills was the best game he’s seen Tony Romo play:
