Follow up from previous post
Residents of Marion Forks, Oregon question why a man who was stranded for some 68 days in and around his truck in snow covered woodlands, had to die. Jerry William McDonald, described as a transient was only 3 miles away from a warm room and a good meal. Instead, it seems like he stayed around his truck until his death, possibly not making a great effort to save himself. The man had some $5,000 in his pocket when found. What a way to go.
